Falling is part of cycling. Getting hurt isn’t.
Whether you’re on the road, gravel or MTB, the risk of a fall is just around the corner. Until now, there was no protection that was truly designed for the cyclist: moderate, light, high-performance. Now there it's here!

The Nalini short, made from Dyneema fabric, incorporates the airbag system developed by Aerobag: a compact air chamber that deploys in around 100 milliseconds starting from the moment the rider falls from the bike, protecting the pelvis and upper body.
The device fits discreetly inside the bib straps and waistband of the shorts, thanks to specially designed, custom-made buttonhole. On the back, a small pocket contains the CO₂ cartridge and the gyroscopic module that detects the fall.

Total weight: approximately 500 grams.
Reusable: simply replace the CO₂ cartridge.

SAFETY FIRST

The bib shorts are made from a incorporated Dyneema fibre fabric, one of the strongest materials in the world. Cut and abrasion-resistant for total protection, even against road friction: because a Nalini garment must perform in all conditions.

NALINI AIRBAG BIBSHORT SYSTEM: HOW IT WORKS

Simple to use. Extraordinary when you need it.
Before putting on the bib shorts, insert the Aerobag device into the designated slots.
Put on the shorts just as you would any other garment.
Go for a ride as usual.
Ride without a second thought: the gyroscope monitors every movement.
In the event of a fall, the airbag inflates in 100 milliseconds.
Afterwards, remove the airbag, wash the shorts, reinsert a new device and you’re ready to go again.
