Nalini AEROBAG is the result of a fusion of technological innovation, materials research and racing culture, giving rise to the first Nalini bib shorts to feature an airbag system that can be integrated into the bib and has been developed specifically for cycling.
Designed for road, gravel and MTB riding, these bib shorts introduce a new concept in active protection: discreet, lightweight, ergonomic and perfectly integrated into technical clothing.
The shorts are designed to perfectly integrate the airbag system developed by Aerobag: a compact air chamber that activates in approximately 100 milliseconds the moment the system detects a fall, helping to protect the pelvis and upper body during impact.
The shorts have been designed to naturally accommodate the protective device. The braces and waistband feature special slots dedicated to housing the airbag, maintaining a stable and ergonomic fit.
On the back of the shorts, an integrated pocket houses the CO2 cartridge and the gyroscopic module that constantly monitors the rider’s movements whilst cycling.
Despite its high-tech features, the system weighs just around 500 grams, ensuring comfort, a great fit and freedom of movement even on the most intense rides.
Safety is further enhanced by the choice of materials. The bib is made from a fabric incorporating Dyneema® fibres, one of the strongest materials in the world, renowned for its abrasion- and cut-resistant properties. This solution is designed to offer superior protection even in the event of a fall on tarmac, without compromising on elasticity, breathability and comfort in the saddle.
Reusable and designed for continuous use, the system allows you to simply replace the CO2 cartridge after activation, making the garment immediately ready for a new ride.
The bib can also be used without the airbag device.

Technical cycling garments are delicate garments, washing at 30° with mild detergents is recommended.
Use slow spin dryer for delicate garments and DO NOT use a tumble dryer.
Do not use fabric softener, as it neutralises the treatments and causes everything which is glued to come off.

Randonnée 2.0 is the evolution of the highly successful and popular Randonné pad. A pad designed specifically for very long rides, where a more curved and deeper preforming has been added to the use of high-density reticulated sponges.
It offers maximum support in all three classic pedalling positions: descending, climbing and racing.
Softer and more flexible materials have been used in the assembly without sacrificing anything in support, the result is a pad that adapts perfectly to the cyclist's movements and positions, supporting his body and isolating him from the pressures of the saddle for up to 10 hours rides.
Randonnée 2.0 not only gives you comfort, anatomy, and hygiene, but also uses a microfibre cover obtained from recycled materials, hence environmentally friendly. It keeps the cyclist's body dry due to its quick-drying properties and is very soft to the touch, preventing the cyclist from experiencing problems of
redness from friction.
