Product care

How should I wash the garment?
The garments can be washed at 30 degrees, with a delicate washing machine program.

Can I wash the garment with fabric softener?
It is strictly forbidden to use fabric softeners which can attack the colours, transfers and thermobonding of garments.

Can I use the spin cycle?
It is recommended to use the spin cycle at a maximum of 800 rpm.

Customer care

Can I delete or change my order?
If your order has been sent, you will have to wait until you receive the product and then return it. Upon receipt of the return we will refund your payment method.
For any other colour or size change, please write to us promptly and we will see if we can help you.

Sizes

How do I take my chest measurement?
Take a dressmaker's tape measure and run it under your armpits across the diameter of your chest; to choose the right size for you, please refer to our size chart.

What is the procedure for placing an order for my team?
Contact us by writing to info@nalini.com, our sales department will guide you through the next steps for making your team garments.
We will advise you on the suits best suited to your team's needs, formulate an ad hoc estimate based on the quantities and models selected, and our graphics staff will develop a design to your complete satisfaction.

Warranty

What kind of guarantee is there on each item?
The warranty on an undamaged product is two years from purchase. When we talk about an undamaged product, we are talking about a new product but we can also look into faults that occur after short usage. Our customer service will always ask you to attach pictures, detailed and of the whole, because these allow us to assess the issue and understand whether it is due to a problem in the manufacturing or to improper use.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card on the Nexi circuit or by bank wire transfer; if you choose the latter option we will wait for the payment to be credited to our bank before shipping the goods.
