What kind of guarantee is there on each item purchased?

The guarantee on the undamaged product is two years from purchase. When we talk about an undamaged product we mean a new product, but we can also assess defects that occur after a short period of use. Our customer service will always ask you to enclose photos, detailed and of the whole, as these allow us to understand whether the problem is due to the garment or to improper use.
