Nalini launches its new Academy to develop future skills

MOA Sport srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end cycling apparel, presents its new "Nalini Academy" project: an innovative training concept that provides a genuine introduction to the world of work for young talent and cyclists.
Nalini Academy was born from the desire to offer young people currently engaged in cycling a first, concrete approach to the world of work, in a familiar and supportive environment like Moa Sport, a historic company that has always been a key player in the cycling world.
The initiative is the result of a vision strongly supported by Giuseppe Bovo, cyclist and  General Manager of MOA Sport, who has experienced firsthand the importance of transforming the values of sport—such as commitment, perseverance, team spirit, and determination—into skills that can be applied in the workplace.
"Sport teaches a lot: effort, discipline, teamwork. But there comes a time when you need to know how to forge new paths," says Bovo. "With the Nalini Academy, we want to help young people, and especially the athletes who are here with us today, find their path even outside of competition, offering training, guidance, and concrete opportunities for professional growth."

Team Sissio, the U23 Elite cycling team, immediately seized this valuable opportunity, having met with the Nalini staff over the past few days to connect with the world of MOA Sport.
"It was a day of important discoveries for our kids," said Marco Toffali, president of Team Sissio, "who not only had the opportunity to experience the world of work within a 100% Made in Italy company like MOA Sport, but also to see firsthand how the garments they wear on their bikes are made, discovering all the production phases that lie behind top-quality products."
With this project, Nalini confirms its commitment to supporting young talent, promoting a corporate culture that combines sporting values with a focus on the growth of athletes, not just on two wheels.
