Since 2017, this program has helped over 20 riders make the jump into the pro ranks — riders like Oscar Onley, Pavel Bittner, Max Poole, and many more who are now competing at the highest level. Through top-tier coaching, expert support (nutrition, aerodynamics, data analysis), and a structured environment where dedication and mindset matter just as much as physical strength, these young athletes grow in all dimensions.
