Ice Key - In case of emergency

ICE-KEY TAG is a device that, thanks to NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, allows you to keep and have your personal data and medical information with you at all times, which can be viewed by leaning the back of a smartphone against it.

With the ICE KEY TAG application, connected to your device, you can send direct calls and SMS with geographic location to ICE numbers with a simple "click" and you can connect to 112 NUE operations centers.

ICE KEY TAG application allows you to view your documents and alerts you when their expiration date is approaching. If you are abroad, no problem: the information you enter in your profile can be viewed simultaneously translated into 7 languages.

You can also enter, edit, delete or consult your information directly from the web, on your ICE-KEY page synchronized with your profile in the ICE-KEY TAG app.

Your information will then always be with you, on the Nalini clothing with ICE-KEY TAG.

ICE-KEY DEVICES WITH NFC CHIP: USER MANUAL

(ANDROID AND IOS SMARTPHONES)

NFC functionality is present on all Apple smartphones from model 7 (iOS update 14) onwards.
For models 7, 7s, SE, 8, the feature is activated by swiping on the display, selecting the NFC icon and bringing the top of the smartphone close to the ICE KEY device.
For later Apple models (XR >) and for Android models the NFC functionality is automatically active and reading is done simply by bringing the smartphone close to the ICE KEY device.

1. Download the ICE KEY TAG application from the Store of your smartphone.
2. Bring the back of the smartphone close to the NFC chip in the ICE-KEY device and follow the in- structions for registration.
3. LOGIN to enter your webpage and fill in your profile.
4. Fill in the proposed fields: personal data, health data, phone numbers to contact in case of need. It is important to upload your own photograph, a discriminating element that allows you to be reco- gnised. It is possible to upload copies of personal and medical documents (e.g. identity card, driving licence, car registration, reports, certificates, prescriptions) using the 'upload document' function from the app menu and associate their expiry date with alerts.

Once completed, save and exit.

• To check the information entered, bring the smartphone close to the ICE-KEY device and the data will be displayed on the screen. (internet connection required).

The ICE KEY TAG app and ICE-KEY devices allow you to always carry your personal/medical information with you, to send direct calls and text messages with your geographic location to ICE numbers and to connect to 112 NUE operations centres.
The ICE KEY TAG app allows you to view documents and alerts you when their expiry date is approaching. The information entered is available translated into 7 languages.

IMPORTANT
All data and documents entered and stored in your profile are available and can be modified by computer and/ or smartphone anywhere in the world by connecting to www.icek.it (entering your personal credentials). Any changes made in the App are automatically update in the web site and vice versa.

The user enters his personal and/or medical data and copies of his documents in ICE-KEY App and in the cloud www.icek.it in total autonomy, of his own choice and responsibility, therefore the manufacturer disclaims any liability regarding the truthfulness, completeness and/or reliability of the information entered.

It is the responsibility of the ICE-KEY device owner to limit the risk of theft or loss in order to prevent improper data processing by unauthorised parties.

It is recommended that you guard your ICE-KEY to prevent misuse.
